They are free to install from the WordPress Plugin Directory and on activation will begin to take effect. No complicated or technical configuration required. We have tried other plugins and some disabled Javascripts, these work for us.

Minimize PHP In Main Files
We originally had a tutorial here to help everyone make alterations to the code of their blog. We found that beginners to HTML and php were doing more damage than good then either suggesting that we were at fault or hiring our services to fix errors or damage to SEO performance in pages. I don’t like charging for such things however sometimes we must due to the level of requests we get.
I realized that anyone who knows PHP will understand what needs to be done to increase the speed of their WordPress page loading, with a little tip from me. Everyone else are recommended to hire us at just £14.99 with money back guarantee if there is no noticeable increase in page loading.
The detailed tutorial has been removed but for those of you who still want to know. Simply remove all the php from your themes header.php which calls for information or files that will not change in anyway. WordPress themes are designed to suit various environment but once in place there is a lot of dynamic php that does not need to be there. Replace the php with HTML and you will find the entire header becomes much faster at loading. There are other areas that the same approach can apply to but every blog is different so I can’t give examples.
