WordPress Customer Manager
This project is on hold. I have cancelled the current design and the plugin will be replaced with a far more simple software. My ambition and ideas were good but would generate far too much work for a free plugin. Intigration with many other plugins would have meant constantly updating my own to keep up with them. Instead I’ll be creating multiple plugins to suit my needs starting with providing a suitable downloader.

My WordPress Customer Manager plugin is still under construction and an early version available on the WordPress plugin directory. I’ll provide full details when I can but here are some of the ideas I’m putting into my plugin to make it trully worth installing…
- Intigration with popular shopping carts. Already intrigrated with eStore, will automatically create blog accounts for new customers and sends automated e-mails.
- Download management. My customers can return to my blog, login and only download products they have purchased.
- Soon adding the ability for customers to enter a paypal reference number. The customer service plugin will search for the reference in various sources intrigrated such eStore. On finding a match, action is taking i.e. assigning a download product to the customers account however that can be done automatically also. This simply helps if automation is switched off or the customer creates a new account using a different e-mail address from the one stored in eStore. All comparison is done by e-mail address.
- FAQ system which allows admin to quickly turn a question into an actual post as part of their Help category for example.
- Intigration with phpBB in various ways.
