2009 Plugins

I finished University May 2009 and since then I begun learning Wordpress. I had not got into it long before I started earning a profit which encouraged me and supported me while continuing to work with the Wordpress blogging software. Much of my schedule for 2010 is now filled with Wordpress projects and below are

CSV 2 POST

This is my very first plugin for Wordpress and it currently sells for £99.99. It is used to import csv files and use their data to create mass numbers of new blog posts. The plugin was released as a free version around June 2009 and it’s success encouraged me to release a premium plugin in September 2009. View CSV 2 POST sales page.

Iframe Admin

This is a very basic plugin and was a simple test for me to see how basic a plugin for Wordpress could be. I proved that a plugin does not need to do much to be a plugin and getting a new one off the ground is simple.

ShopperPress DataFeed Importer

This plugin is a conversion of CSV 2 POST Pro. Althought the Pro edition of my csv import plugins is brilliant for using with ShopperPress; I decided that the well known ShopperPress theme needed it’s own version also known as SPDFI. The latest version has functions removed or added to make it more suitable for ShopperPress. SPDFI and is on sale here.

YouTube Sidebar

I created YouTube Sidebar as a free plugin which by default ended up generating AdSense earnings which I see as the donation from my users. YouTube Sidebar will allow users to display videos on individual pages or posts and even swap the video space with Google AdSense when no video exists in a post. On it’s first week it was downloaded over 500 times and I received many emails showing appreciation.
