ECI RSS Feed
The Easy CSV Importer plugin blog has it’s own RSS feed and I recommend signing up to it for instant notification of new releases. Actually I would like to point out that any blog category in WordPress can have it’s own RSS feed, I just never made use of it myself until now. You may have already downloaded the latest version of the plugin which has the RSS icon in the control panel, well that was a small step towards a larger change. Below you will see what is coming in the next version, I’m moving towards using images to clarify some things in the plugin and make it more attracting to use. The goal, is to help avoid some confusion that happens with certain areas of the plugin. You will see a lot of changes in the next future which clear things up a bit. Afterall, it is called Easy CSV Importer and I would like it to live up to its name before the year is out.
I would like to give a big thanks to the feedback received over the lat few weeks. Many of you will get confirmation that I do listen to you and I am still implementing promised features even if it seems forgotten about. I am sorry for those features I have promised and stated completion long before now. However WordPress 3.0 forced me to change plans and delivered some complication. Especially in category creation, something that is still a pain in my side today. I won’t let it beat me, we’ll have a multiple parent category system eventually.
