ECI Requires WP 3.2.0 Above
I’m going to add a function to check and warn users about using WordPress 3.1.0 but until then this little warning will have to do. The most recent versions of WordPress are upgraded to work with the latest version of PHP which had vital changes requiring most people to upgrade. Easy CSV Importer uses a wide range of PHP functions to operate and to monitor automatic activity. Older versions of PHP or WordPress will still allow the plugin to work but you will experiance some problems, mainly with the interface, including the WYSIWYG editor not working properly. It works great with the latest version of WordPress however so please upgrade if you experience any trouble. I’m getting many complaints and finding the majority of people don’t want to update their WordPress installation through fear of having further problems to deal with. It is very rare that upgrading WordPress will cause issues, you should backup all files and your database so that upgrading does not carry the same risk should anything go wrong. I recommend getting into a habit of upgrading when possible.
