ECI Progress Update 6.1.2
It won’t be long before a new version is released so it is time for a little update.
Getting Updates
The first thing I want to discuss is the amount of emails I get regarding what is coming and my progress. Until recently discussing this by email with individual users was fine however sales have recently improved and the user base is growing. I currently have around 4-6 users waiting on a new feature and I get new potential customers asking for new features most days then checking if they have been added or not.
From now on, all updates will be provided by this blog. I will post some progress and notices. If you do not hear from me it is because I’m working hard on the plugin.
Changes Coming
The main change in the next version 6.1.2 is the ability to use multiple csv files in one project. We can import data from each file to a single table, that was no small task. It took a lot of thinking and planning but I”m almost finished it. Please download and test the BETA over the coming week.
From 25th April to 7th May I will be adding 2-3 features recently requested. All very interesting. Those of you who have purchased Easy CSV Importer and discussed requirements for your specific project will get what you need. I thank you for your patience and support.

I’m getting great support and patience. Funding has been better than normal also, for the first time I’ve seen a well paid month (April) and I’ve already used some of the money to invest in getting banners designed so you can advertise ECI for me.
