ECI: Post Settings
These settings effect your posts final data including meta data and other none content data.
Key Information
- Option exists to set excerpt size if you wish to add excerpts during post creation
- Remember that these settings are global to all posts
Features
It is easy to add more settings here that effect your resulting posts. If you need something custom to be done to any part of your posts I can easily add it for you on request.
Tag String Length
Use this to limit the length of all your tags together, some themes look good with a specific number of words.
Tags Numeric
You can include numeric only values within your tags or exclude them. The plugin generates tags automatically from the column you select. If you have text with a lot of numbers that won’t mean a lot on their own then you may want to avoid using them.
Tags Exclude
This box allows you to enter a comma separated string of words that you would like to avoid being used for tags.
Excerpt Length Limit
If you plan to use the Excerpt function on the Configuration page then you may need to change the excerpt length limit to suit your theme.
