Easy CSV Importer and cForms II
When you first install the Easy CSV Importer plugin and the cFormsII plugin, the WYSIWYG editor on the ECI plugin may not operate properly by not showing the editors buttons, but do not worry. The author of cFormsII has provided an option you can activate that will fix this.
How To Intigrate
- Go to the Global Settings page
- Scroll down to the WP Editor Button support panel and click to open the options
- Put a tick in the checkbox for “Fix TinyMCE Error”
Fixed
That should be it, refresh the WYSIWYG editor page on ECI and the buttons should appear again. If you have any other problems that don’t appear to be fixed let me know, but no other issues are known.
The cFormsII author has also wrote “Select in case you experiance a TinyMCE error caused by other plugins”. I’m currently investigating what the real cause is, what sort of conflict is happening and what plugin if any is really at fault. What I do know is the WYSIWYG editor is isntalled on different plugins in many different ways. I’ve never seen the same plugin to have the same approach but Easy CSV Importer has not conflicted with any other plugins as far as I know.
The very fact that the author of cFormsII has put a fix for this in means that the issue for the plugin has been raised before. I’m going to guess it was not with Easy CSV Importer either.
If you have information on this please let me know. If we can find an automatic way of applying this fix or just avoided it then it may help others.
