Blocked Emails From WTG
An increasing number of people have claimed not to receive after sale e-mails from WebTechGlobal. To get around this I will provide more information at the point of sale, especially how to download new versions. However I’m investigating the cause and it may be that www.webtechglobal.co.uk has been blacklisted. The websites http://www.barracudacentral.com/ seems to think so. I can say for certain that I do not send spam, I do not advertise by e-mail and I don’t even send a newsletter. Mail is sent for RSS update, forum topic reply or when a blog comment is responded to.
Please do not use your e-mail software’s blocking features to stop getting mail from WebTechGlobal Ltd. Simply request that we remove your e-mail address. We will begin a newsletter to update customers with news about software they have purchased, such emails will contain a link to be remove from the list.
