Standard Post Creation Project

There is not a whole lot to the standard post creation project panel. It allows you to select your file then submit it to begin.

Easy Post Creation Project

While I write this the Easy project is still a new idea and the form is still a beta. The idea is to automate far more than what is already done for you. The Easy CSV Importer plugin will decide what needs to be done with your file based on the theme you are using, the source of your data, your server configuration and any plugins you have installed such as All In One SEO.

Multiple File Post Creation Project

Currently Easy CSV Importer is the only plugin on WordPress that allows you to merge/import multiple CSV files in one project. The way I have developed ECI allows us to import data from multiple files into one database table. From there we use it to create posts. As always this feature will be improved to ensure it beats any other plugin.

Standard User Import Project

Not really an advanced feature but it does not exist in every importer. This project option provides the ability to create users from any data. Your data does not need to be older WordPress user data.
